Step 1
The parties exchanged detailed information about needs, products, and methods.
Step 2
Product definition: type, quantity, quality, packaging, packaging specifications. Product pricing
Step 3
Sign an agreement in principle to proceed with making product samples (with advance payment – if the sample does not meet the requirements, PNL 2005 Vietnam Company will refund the advance payment).
Step 4
PNL 2005 Vietnam will send samples to finalize the sample. If the sample (product material) meets the requirements, the parties will proceed to the next step. If the sample does not meet the requirements, the advance payment will be refunded and the cooperation will be terminated.
Step 5
Advance payment according to processing contract and proceed with production
Step 6
Acceptance, payment and delivery.
